She is a regular contributor on sites like Forbes, Small Business Trends, Mashable,CorpNet’s Startup Starting Line and BizLaunch. Susan began her marketing career working for private companies, and headed marketing departments in both manufacturing and investor relations before founding Egg. She has helped small and medium-sized businesses in software, technology, and business services by providing copywriting and social media services.
Susan has presented workshops on marketing, PR and social media, and has spoken at conferences including LavaCon, the Natural Products Expo, and the Hispanic Business Expo. She received Bachelor’s of Arts degrees in French and English, and went on to earn her MBA at the University of Central Arkansas.
Sian Phillips is the Managing Editor of TweakYourBiz.com and Content Editor on EggMarketingPR.com. Sian is also the accountant for her clients Clearwave.ie and Comserv.ie but is moving more and more into the content editing world; proofreading and editing blog posts, ebooks and anything that is written.
With over 20 years’ worth of experience in business and accounting Sian provides help to the SME sector. The other half of Sian’s day is spent working in the Social Media space; proofreading, sharing posts and advice or conducting interviews for TweakYourBiz.com. She is a qualified Accountant with an Honours Diploma in Journalism too.
She loves sharing her insights, tips, and tricks on various blogs including Marketing Eggspert and her own.
After graduating from the University of Arizona, Kimberly began her career overseas as an International Marketing Assistant. Since then, she has returned to her hometown of Tucson, Arizona where she works with businesses of all sizes from Fortune 500 companies to startups.

Christina lives in San Diego and has a deep background in Marketing and Public Relations. As a freelance writer, she has a passion for working with small businesses to develop appropriate marketing strategies and communications.
She is very interested in investigating new social media and learning how small businesses can harness the power of these tools to develop stronger branding. In her free time, she loves to read and is known for going well over her book limit at the local branch of her library.
April is a marketing consultant who has been helping small and medium sized companies develop and execute cross-channel marketing strategies for more than five years. April’s work with sales and marketing started with integrating innovating marketing strategies into existing Fortune 500 B2B sales teams’ activities in order to improve revenue. April has since developed a passion for new technology and digital media that has led her to work with start-ups in building, managing and growing their influence and tie marketing into sales, experiences she writes about on several blogs. With a strong strategic mindset and wide marketing experience, April now helps clients which range from established leaders in manufacturing looking to defend their market share, to e-commerce companies expanding their digital product line.
April graduated from IE Business School in Madrid Spain with an International MBA prior to striking out on her own as a freelancer. She is an active runner and resides in Los Angeles, CA.
